Trainwreck

Running and running, faster and faster, we never take the time to suck in a breath. So what happens if we do? A sudden stop and we are suddenly lost. We call and beg for help. But at the end of the day, we are alone when we stop running. What do we do if we are not running? Using rhythmic repetition and highly stylized imagery, Trainwreck is a short examination of the busyness of everyday life, and questioning the definition of ‘a break’.

Performed and edited by Emily MacMillen
